In June 2025, DHL’s Global Network Operations & Aviation department brought 240 team members from around the world together for a 3-day conference titled Reconnecting with Greater Bite. The event marked the first in-person gathering of its kind in over seven years, combining engaging content with dynamic networking and connection.
What we did.
Over two days of plenary sessions, delegates engaged with global leaders and expert speakers, while our team managed all aspects of speaker coordination to ensure seamless delivery. Offsite experiences included an elegant dinner at Théâtre du Vaudeville and a tour of the DHL Brussels Hub, complete with a photo moment alongside a DHL aircraft brought in specially for the event.
Inspired by the theme Reconnecting with Greater Bite, the creative concept referenced Brussels’ iconic Atomium, symbolising connection, structure, and forward-thinking innovation. Post-event feedback highlighted the success of the conference, with 153 attendees rating the overall experience 9.34 out of 10.
