Event overview.
In June 2025, DHL’s Global Network Operations & Aviation department hosted a 3-day conference in Brussels for 240 team members from across the globe. Titled ‘Reconnecting with Greater Bite’, the event marked the first in-person gathering of its kind in over seven years, blending impactful content with dynamic networking opportunities.
What we did.
Delegates took part in two days of engaging plenary sessions, enjoyed offsite evenings – including an elegant dinner at Théâtre du Vaudeville, and toured the DHL Brussels Hub, complete with a photo moment alongside a DHL aircraft brought in especially for the event.
Drawing inspiration from the conference theme, ‘Reconnecting with Greater Bite’, we developed a creative concept rooted in Brussels’ iconic Atomium, an emblem of connection, structure, and futuristic thinking.
A feedback survey was distributed to attendees post-event, with 153 responses collected, scored 9.34 out of 10 for the overall conference experience.
