DHL's Got Heart

We delivered DHL’s Got Heart as a global recognition and charity incentive programme, celebrating employees who drive meaningful impact within their communities.

Our role was to create a consistent, premium awards experience across five regions, reinforcing DHL’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility while elevating employee recognition on a global scale.

We delivered a unified event format celebrating individuals impact for a variety of charities from all corners of the globe. We ensured brand consistency and quality at every touchpoint while adapting to local audiences and allowing the initiatives to speak loudly on their own.

Each event was designed as a high-end awards experience, combining elegant hospitality with purpose-led storytelling. From drinks receptions and dining to long form screen content and award ceremonies, we created a platform that not only celebrated individual achievements but amplified the impact of DHL’s global CSR initiatives.
