“Everything came together beautifully – from the energy to the set-up, to the experience we created for our people. What really stayed with attendees was the positivity, appreciation, and sense of celebration on a different level than we are used to.”
Sinisa Plavsin, VP Global Engagement, DHL Express
Employee of the Year, 2024
Each year, DHL honours standout employees across its regions through its Employee of the Year programme. Traditionally delivered as separate regional events, we redefined the approach, creating a unified global vision.
A truly global series
For the first time, we delivered a consistent, high-impact experience across five regions spanning three continents, establishing a scalable model that elevated recognition while driving efficiency and brand alignment globally.
We delivered a seamless, repeatable event framework for 900 attendees and 750 award winners across MENA, APEC, EU, AMERICAS and SSA regions. A single creative platform, Interstellar, connected every location, ensuring a cohesive identity and experience across all events.
Consistent Delivery.
Our centralised production approach enabled us to replicate the same standard experience globally, while adapting to each region, resulting in a truly connected, world-class celebration of achievement.
At the core of the experience sat five interlinked LED screens, showcasing bespoke winner content and creating a dynamic, immersive stage for each awards ceremony.
Unique experiences.
Guests arrived into a festival-style experience, complete with merchandise and food stands that set the tone from the outset, while a series of custom scenic builds transformed each venue. From striking entrance tunnels to curated environments, including secret garden parties and all-white welcome nights.
Entertainment was carefully selected to reflect each region, blending global consistency with local relevance, while our production framework ensured every element, from staging to atmosphere, was executed to the same high standard across all five events worldwide.
