CIM GRADUATION
We worked with our client to create a series of global graduation events for employees – representing the culmination of a multi-year training programme. The concept had to be transportable or be able to be produced in the host country, whilst retaining the replica experience no matter the location.
Technical delivery.
The creative approach was bold, celebratory and fully adaptable, designed to work across different environments and production specifications. Using a modular system, we maximised sustainability and budget efficiency by reusing elements and working with local suppliers, supporting regional businesses while maintaining a cohesive global look and feel.
Delegate management.
From initial invitations through to post-event feedback, we managed end-to-end guest communications for thousands of employees across multiple continents and languages. Our focus on personal support and connection ensured every attendee felt engaged, valued and part of something bigger.
We led on venue sourcing, production and full event delivery, creating a seamless experience that could be replicated worldwide. Each event featured a rich programme including recap sessions, CSR and wellbeing activities, shared dining experiences and a standout graduation ceremony – bringing the programme to a memorable and meaningful close.
