We helped our client, a serviced office company, create a new brand identity that stood out from the generic and business-like brands that populate London. We were tasked with developing a brand that would define the quality of their buildings and the personal service given to their clients.


We looked to create a brand that stood out from the more corporate identities but could also hold its own against the well-known companies. It needed to be modern, fresh and exude high-end as this is integral in every building they create. We directed, shot and edited all the photography and footage for the brand, aligning this with the overall look and feel. 


All copy was also curated by our team, along with identities for social and digital platforms, allowing them to work within a framework that maximised exposure to their target audiences.


The brand was launched before the completion of the first building, so all clients had to commit to office space off-plan, relying on the online and printed materials alone. The first building was 90% full before completion.
