Overview.
CKO 2025 was the Ataccama company kick off conference which took place in January 2025 in the W Hotel Barcelona. The client wanted employees from across the globe to come together to review their 2025 strategies and enjoy the time networking. Across 3 days there would be main plenary sessions and smaller breakouts for each division.
Delivery.
Working with a tight production budget, our team executed a 3 day conference across 14 different breakout spaces. Day 2 involved hosting two large breakout rooms with limited equipment and staff. Guests enjoyed two hotel dinners and an offsite dinner at multiple restaurants around Barcelona.We curated a smooth delegate experience for 525 participants by coordinating accommodation, transportation, personalised activity scheduling and dinner sourcing. We designed and quality-checked 32 presentations for the conference, delivering consistent, high quality visual and written content.
